HRTC sometimes works alongside and in partnership with Calderdale Council on specific projects. However, we know that sometimes it is not always clear which organisation is responsible for which public services.
We are keen to improve our communication with the local community to ensure that information about the Town Council and what we do is relevant and accessible.
To help with this we have developed an ‘at a glance’ infographic (below) showing which services sit with HRTC, and which sit with Calderdale Council. While the poster isn’t definitive, it covers the most common enquiries fielded by the Town Council. We hope residents find it useful.
