Hebden Bridge and Mytholmroyd Christmas Lights switch on

Lights switch onIt's official… Santa Claus is coming!

The countdown to Christmas has begun in Hebden Royd and to start the festivities the annual Christmas Tree Lights Switch on is just around the corner.

On November 20th and 21st Santa will be joined by the Mayor of Hebden Royd, Cllr Jonathan Timbers, and the Mytholmroyd Gala Queen, Elsa Wilson, to push the button which will send the towns in to proper Christmas cheer.

Hebden Bridge Christmas tree lights switch on will take place on the 20th November in St Georges Square from 4pm.

This will then be followed the following night by Mytholmroyd's Christmas Tree Lights switch on in St Michaels Square at 4pm.

Entertainment will be provided by Hebden Bridge Junior Band, local schools including Hebden Royd, Luddendenfoot Academy and Burnley Road School and the Magpie Movers will be preforming a routine.  We look forward to seeing you there for two nights of festive fun!
