Calder Valley Club is celebrating after being granted a cash boost from Hebden Royd Town Council.
Councillors on the Community Funding Committee have agreed to allocate £3616 to help the Club ensure its future.
The money will be used for a pilot project to open up the Club and its facilities to people in Hebden Royd. Proposals put forward include widening access to cheap lunchtime meals and making the building more available to community groups.
Coun Susan Press, Chair of the Community Funding Committee said:
"The last few months have been very uncertain for all the staff and users of the Club, which offers a fantastic service to disabled people in the Upper Valley.
"We hope our grant will help them towards a securer future and improve facilities for people who need them in Hebden Royd."
February's meeting of the Community Funding Committee also agreed funding for the following projects in Hebden Royd.
Dot Com Communications, which offers IT training to jobseekers and socially disadvantaged groups, was allocated £2000.
Mytholmroyd Community Centre was given £3000 towards repairs, renewals and upgrades to the Centre.
And Calderdale Cycling Festival Committee was given £200 towards its 'Up the Buttress' event in the autumn.
The latest allocations mark the last in the current financial year, which has seen £60,000 go to a wide range of community groups.
Next year, Hebden Royd Town Council has increased total funding to £75,000 so even more groups in need can benefit from their community fund.
