What's On Hebden Bridge is back with a difference! With a team comprising Hebden Royd Town Council, Hebden Bridge Community Association and local software developer Mike Stephens, behind the brand, it is now community-owned, and community-run. The brand-new online events calendar is designed to connect residents and visitors with a wealth of local events and activities, making it easier than ever to discover what's happening in and around HX7.
What's On Hebden Bridge (WOHB) is a free, accessible, and sustainable events calendar that connects people with local activities to help improve well-being, combat social isolation and grow community networks. The platform will also support the growing local economy.
Your Invite to our Free Welcome Sessions
On Thursday 26th September we are inviting anyone and everyone to join us in the Waterfront Hall of Hebden Bridge Town Hall for one of our free welcome sessions. There will be an introduction to the platform, an opportunity to find out how it works, Q&A and of course the opportunity to have a go yourself! The sessions on the 26th run at 8am and 6pm, with either a free breakfast roll with tea or coffee (8am), and a glass of wine/non-alcoholic equivalent and nibbles (6pm).
We are keen for event organisers to join us. If you organise weekly meet-ups, classes, gigs, or local festivals or conferences, WOHB will provide free, powerful promotion and reach for your projects.
An Online Events Calendar with a difference!
WOHB stands out from other events calendars by using a multi-channel communication process. Individuals, venues, and event organisers can quickly and easily add their information, and the platform automatically shares this across partner websites. This amplifies the reach, and combined with advanced search and filtering capabilities, ensures that discovering things to do is easy.

WOHB would like to thank Print Bureau, Hebden Bridge, for sponsoring our print media.
