Hebden Royd Town Council will welcome guests from Warstein, Germany, this weekend to celebrate the delayed 25th Anniversary of Twinning between Warstein and Hebden Royd which should have been held in 2020.

The Deputy Mayor of Warstein, Gregor Dolle will join the visitors and their hosts at Hebden Bridge Town Hall on Friday at a formal Civic Reception where they are sure of a warm welcome. The Town's Mayor, Cllr Jane Hoyle will share the plans for the upcoming weekend, with plenty of opportunity to re-enforce the friendships between the two towns.

The visitors will be given time to enjoy the local area and will also be welcomed at the annual the Vintage Car Rally by organisers Rotary Club of Hebden Bridge. A dinner will be held on Saturday night allowing our visitors to sample the best of Yorkshire hospitality and local cuisine.
