A New Mayor

On Wednesday 18th May, the Annual Meeting of Hebden Royd Town Council was held at the Town Hall, Hebden Bridge.   The meeting saw Cllr Jane Hoyle take the chain for the Mayoral year of 2022-23, her husband Mr Kevin Hoyle will join her as consort.

The Deputy Mayor will be Cllr Bernice Hayes.

Cllr Hoyle takes over the role from Cllr Rob Freeth. The retiring Mayor presented Cllr Hoyle with the chain before taking time to reflect on his busy year.

Cllr Hoyle announced that she will be supporting Calder Valley Search & Rescue in her Mayoral year.
