The Annual Town Meeting of the Parish of Hebden Royd

Notice is hereby given that the Annual Town Meeting for the Township of Hebden Royd will be held in the COUNCIL CHAMBER, HEBDEN BRIDGE TOWN HALL on WEDNESDAY the 25th day of MAY 2022 at 7.30pm.

The business of the meeting will be as follows: -

  1. Welcome from the Mayor of Hebden Royd.

    The Mayor will explain the arrangements for the Annual Town Meeting.

  2. Apologies for absence

    To hear apologies from residents of Hebden Royd.

  3. Notice of Meeting

    To confirm communication of the Town Meetings date and location.

  4. Minutes of Annual Town Meeting – 24th March 2021

    To review content of the last Town Meeting.

  5. Questions for the council from electors in the parish.

    Any subject relating to Hebden Royd may be discussed.
