Will you be able to find all the hidden pumpkins?

The Great Pumpkin Festival, brought to you by Hebden Royd Town Council and Sand in Your Eye, is back for its fourth year in Hebden Bridge on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th October, from 10am – 4pm.

Enjoy a memorable day out with the award-winning Sand in Your Eye’s Pumpkin Trail and live carve, plus the chance to explore the very best independent shops, bars and cafes in a stunning autumnal setting!

Emma Green, Project Manager and Deputy Town Clerk said: “Although there is no festival hub this year, we hope you’ll still join us for some socially distanced seasonal fun! Don your wellies and winter layers and with the help of our Pumpkin Trail map, you'll explore all the hidden quirky corners of Hebden Bridge, to find 13 spooktacular pumpkin scenes!

“In the past we’ve had pumpkins canoeing down the canal, E.T. cycling on a bike and a pumpkin contemplating a dip in the river! This is a great opportunity to bring your little monsters for a family friendly day out to celebrate the Halloween season and visit our picturesque market town.”

Children and adults alike will also enjoy our live pumpkin carve in St George’s Square. Watch Sand in Your Eye sculpt a giant pumpkin live over the two days and watch it come to life!

No booking needed. The free Pumpkin Trail maps will be available via our friendly festival stewards throughout the town. Come in fancy dress if you dare!
