The Town Hall Office will be open from 10am until 3pm on a Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. Two members of staff will be present during those times for those that wish to meet face to face.
We ask that where possible appointments are made by either phone 01422 842181 or email info@hebdenroydtowncouncil.gov.uk. When not possible please be patient to allow us to meet in as safe a way as possible.
All those visiting the Town Council will be asked to ensure they are wearing a face covering, sanitise hands on arrival, maintain a social distance in excess of 1.5 metres and asked not to attend if you cannot make the following declaration:
1. I confirm that neither myself nor any member of my household or support bubble have experienced any of the following symptoms during the last 14 days:
- A high temperature
- A new and continuous cough
- A loss or change to my sense of smell or taste
2. I confirm that neither myself nor any member of my household or support bubble have been told to self-isolate as part of NHS test and trace or due to needing to quarantine or for any other reason.
