We're Ready for the Big Spring Clean

Community groups from across Hebden Royd are coming out in force again, with litter pickers, gloves and brushes, for the annual Hebden Royd Big Spring Clean. The clean is taking place over the weekend on the 19th and 20th March, with aims to help make the area a cleaner, greener and nicer place to live.

The event is organised and sponsored by Hebden Royd Town Council and each group of 6 people that takes part will receive £60 towards their charity or project.

Last year saw record breaking numbers taking part and we hope that more groups will join in this year. It is a perfect opportunity to raise money for your community project as well as making the area you like in that bit nicer.
