Floods: Additional funding opportunity from Hebden Royd Town Council

Following the devastating effect of the Boxing Day Floods on the people, businesses and community organisations, Hebden Royd Town Council has added an additional opportunity for Community Groups to apply for funding to support their organisations and their activities.

The Community Funding Committee has set an additional deadline for submission of applications as the end of February 2016, with the meeting due to be held on the 9th March at 7.30pm

The time and effort taken by many to help our community has made a huge difference to the ongoing recovery process – the response to the flooding came from a wide variety of individuals and organisations from around the country, all united in good will to help in a time of crisis. HRTC now feels that it is time to rebuild our groups that were chriseffected.

Anyone wishing to find out more about how to apply for grant funding from Hebden Royd Town Council should look at the Community Funding section on the Town Council Website or contact Town Clerk Jason Boom on 01422 842181 or e-mail info@hebdenroyd.org.uk. The deadline for the next round of applications is 29th February 2016.
