To register as an exhibitor at Hebden’s Happy Hounds, Saturday 2nd May 2026, please complete and return the Exhibitor Booking Form below.
Please note that a copy of proof of public liability insurance is required as part of the booking, so have a digital copy of this available before you begin. All pitch payments (if applicable) are taken at the point of booking.
All pitch bookings will be allocated on a first come, first served, basis.
HRTC has the right to refuse a booking if the service provided is not deemed appropriate for any reason for the event, in which instance, you’ll be fully refunded. If in doubt, please contact the event organiser: ebony.andrews@hebdenroydtowncouncil.gov.uk before submitting to check event alignment.
If you are a caterer please contact the organiser directly before booking to discuss your offer.
Hard copies of the booking form can also be collected from the Town Council Office, please contact ebony.andrews@hebdenroydtowncouncil.gov.uk if this is required.
