Hebden Bridge Town Council, in partnership with Retrofit Calderdale Green New Deal, invite you to dive into the exciting world of retrofit at Hebden Bridge Town Hall Foyer on Friday, 16th June, from 9 AM to 3 PM. This unique event offers visitors an opportunity to learn the basic ideas and concepts of retrofit, while discovering ways to reduce energy bills, improve property, and create a more energy-efficient and comfortable home.
A team of dedicated Climate Action experts from Retrofit Calderdale Green New Deal will be available to guide visitors through an interactive learning experience, providing valuable insights into retrofit and sharing practical tips for transforming homes into an energy-efficient havens.
Attendees will have the chance to experiment with a thermal imaging camera, allowing them to uncover the hidden secrets of heat loss in buildings.
Also, don't miss the opportunity to explore CGND's retrofitted dolls house. This exhibit cleverly showcases, in an easy-to-understand and innovative manner, the transformations made possible through retrofit techniques.
